Getting no support on an authorized transaction happened on my card.
On my Vanilla gift card, an unauthorized transaction of $124.83 was made by someone on December 4, 2024. I have been regularly calling their customer service for a month, but they haven't responded to me yet.
Each time I call, they say that I will receive an email within 5 minutes and instruct me to sign and return it. I haven't received any email from their customer service.
Preferred solution: Full refund

Unknown charge on my card ! Please contact me ASAP
Ricardo's Amazon Fire Stick, which is connected to the internet, was used to steal 43 dollars from a Vanilla prepaid card to purchase 'Call of Duty M' from Google. The transaction occurred at 10.16pm on either December 16th or 15th, 2024.
There were multiple transactions and I am seeking to find out the person's name and address to file a police report and get a refund of the 43 dollars and 88 cents. There were no products received from the payment. The funds should be returned to the Vanilla prepaid card since no product was handed over to me, as corroborated by in-store security footage.
The Vanilla card was acquired by my mother's dental office. My mother is a dental assistant and her boss, Amina, spoils her.

I had to redo an order, and I didn’t get my money back onto my prepaid card
I recently ordered a pair of shoes, and I put down the wrong address. I then asked the seller to redo the purchase and refund my full amount of money.
I didn't get my money back. This is a huge problem, because I wasted $90 dollars on air. This is quite the upset because I literally lost that money after working for it.
Considering there should be no reason why something like that should even happen. It should be mandatory that such action should be allowed by all cards.

I can’t purchase anything I’m trying to purchase

They've screwed my account up
Its the worst and most overly priced company ever ! I've been with them 15+ years ....including the vanilla gift cards before getting the prepaid debit card !
And they've definitely made a lot of $$ off of me ! But since they've done this foolishness with my card , w/o even notifying me first to see if my card was actually stolen or whatever ! I go to use it and find out it won't work ! They assumed it was stolen !
They could've saved me a lot of unnecessary stress ....and I'm already overly stressed and overwhelmed with other things that are more important! This company is the most unprofessional bs !
Vanilla canceled my card bc they ASSUMED my card was stolen due to a 3.00 charge I made to Google play store ! They never contacted me to verify anything ! Every single person I've talked to at there numbers can't half speak English and can't understand anything I have to keep repeating myself and I can't understand them ! Why press 1 for English if I'm just going to get something else regardless !
They've claimed to be sending a new card for 3 weeks now and every time I've called asking where my card is , they claim there mailing it on the date I'm calling on at that time ! I've used this company for at least 15 years or so ! I'm done ! They can screw someone else out of all there ridiculous fees !!!
I've switched to CASH APP ! Cash app is way better and way less fees and up to date on there menu options etc. , unlike Vanilla RIPOFF ! They are the worst prepaid company out there!
So , if you're considering this company , DON'T DO IT !! You'll regret it i promise you ! They'll cancel your card for no reason and you won't know it until you try using it and you can't get your money back and you can't understand anything they say ...unless you speak / understand anything except for English bc they cannot speak or understand English ! Why press 1 for English if they don't have anyone who speaks it !
With all the fees and scamming they do , they should be able to provide a better system ! A monkey could do much better than this !
My experience with Vanilla has been the worst ever and I'm letting everyone know , including the BBB & all others know about their unprofessional bs and how they steal ppls hard earned money ! Bottom line , this is the worst prepaid company and worst customer service care ever !

Money have been taken from my account, i have not used the card at all
I registerd my card last night, it had 200$, now it has 0.11 cents and the statement shows this COLLCTIV* STEPHANIE Y - O300389D86CB & O300389D8E48. i did not make these purchases and i would like my money back
