GARBAGE! Bought card and was drained 5 minutes later
Bought a $100 card from Walmart. Activated it.
Went to use 15 minutes after buying and declined.
Looked online and 5 minutes after purchase at Walmart, it was drained by a "Hospital" in Dubai...
You can no longer register the card with a postal code to avoid this exact sort of online fraud! PURE SCAM!!

So hey, I went to Walmart like couple hours ago and when I went to Walmart, I bought something and when I bought it, I had the visa fellow gift card and I bought it with that gift card and right now when I went to them, I went to return the gift because the gift was not working. It was broken so when I returned it, they said we might not be able to send the money back to the court and when I got there and they told me about that and I said, can you guys do it and they said we cant do it and they said we could try and I said sure we could try And like when I check my balance on the card it says zero but I have the receipt and everything that says that I refunded my money, but the car does not have the money, but I have the paper and everything that says the money shouldve been refund to my card. I dont know whats going on, but can you guys help me I would appreciate if you guys really help me because its not a little money is a lot of money And I have family to feed at home

I bought 300 hundred dollars worth of cards, 100 and 200 dollar cards, 100 dollar card no issues at all, 200 dollar card unusable and customer service keeps saying to call this number and that number yet their site is impossible to do anything with, lets see what kind of resolution they have for me as I am not happy at the moment

This company is a scam wasn’t even a full 24 hours until my card was stolen online with no trace and sneakily said it was being used from Ontario but I live in a whole different province tried calling
I bought my card at an Irving gas station on December 16th. I activated the card later that night, then tried getting PayPal to work with the card.
The next day, I woke up, and $118 was spent on my card in a different province, so I need a refund. I tried calling multiple times; they refuse to try and help me and just tell me it was me when I have proof it wasn't me on their own website.

I would like a replacement to an expired card sent out
My prepaid visa has expired. I called the number on the back of the card.
The number brought me to a recording that informed me I need to go to the website to request a replacement. The website does not have an option to replace it, although it did state that I could replace it by calling customer service. I called customer service.
It was the same recording that does not allow you to speak to anyone or request a replacement card. So frustrating.
